Restaurant La Rive (chef Roger Rassin), our own Michelin star restaurant is the best in town, boasting a beautiful location overlooking the Amstel River. River level, seats 75. La Rive is open from Tuesday until Friday for lunch and dinner, and on Saturdays only for dinner. The Amstel Bar & Brasserie is a unique place for an informal drink, lunch or dinner, or a late evening supper after a night at the theatre or a concert. Open daily for lunch and dinner. River level, seats 28. With an excellent wine list and the largest selection of Cuban and other international cigars, a visit to the lounge is an absolute must whilst staying with us.
