The hotel is fully licensed and the well-stocked bar offers residents a range of drinks at reasonable prices. The bar area has a modern décor and includes a TV. All of the rooms have been recently refurbished and newly redecorated in soft, relaxing shades of cream. Each of the rooms has colour-coordinated soft furnishings to complement the décor. The hotel is noted for its outstanding cleanliness and all rooms are serviced daily, with clean towels provided on a daily basis. |

Breakfast is served daily in the bright, clean and spacious dining room. Whatever you have planned, the generous and tasty full cooked English breakfast is a great way to start your day. A choice of cereals, toast, a range of jams and marmalades, orange juice and tea and coffee are also all available. A local coach company offers regular transport to these and many of the region’s other attractions. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk away from Blackpool (Europes most popular holiday resort). The hotel is on the North Shore of Blackpool, just a short tram ride from the centre of the town. Non-smoking throughout, the hotel offers attractive, recently refurbished and redecorated en suite accommodation in a peaceful, pleasant location, close to all that Blackpool has to offer. All of the en suite rooms have a private shower and toilet and are fully equipped. Under the personal and caring supervision of its proprietors, this spacious Edwardian town house offers a very high standard of food, cleanliness, decor and service. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40.00 will be charged. If cancelled later, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
