Accommodation is distributed between the two wings and comprises three types of rooms: Standard, Executive and Executive Deluxe. Standard rooms are located in the original farm building and in the new wing. In the new wing, guest rooms in the ground floor enjoy a private terrace opening up onto the gardens, while rooms on the first floor have a loggia. Executive deluxe rooms are distributed between the farmhouse and boast en-suite bathrooms with whirlpool and separate bathtub and shower. Coming from Zwolle: On the A-37 you take exit Emmen (N34). Follow this road until the exit Odoorn. Make an instant left, via the Klijndijk you will arrive at Odoorn. You will find Lubbelinkhof on your right. Entrance is at the Dominee van Lunzenlaan. Coming from Groningen: Take the N-34 into the direction of Emmen. Exit Odoorn. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
