Our hotel has an enclosed parking lot and bicycle shed. The facilities in the hotel are only open to hotel guests, so you are ensured that there is room on the terrace to enjoy our breathtaking view of the river Geul and its hillsides or inside near the fireplace. We have 20 rooms, allowing the host to provide personal service to our guests. Most rooms are accessible with the elevator and only a few steps. |

The breakfastbuffet, with homebaked white and brown rolls, is served from 8.30 till 10.00. We dont have a restaurant, so having lunch and diner with us is unfortunately not possible. |

Southern Limburg cannot be described; you just have to come and see for yourself. Beautiful surroundings, hills, greenery, nature, peace and space. You can walk for hours on end here without running into anyone, if thats what you want. Valkenburg and its cosy centre are located within half an hour walking distance. | |

You can reach Schin op Geul by train, if requested we will pick you up from the station. By car we are also easily reached. Follow the signs Maastricht-Valkenburg, then Wijlre/Gulpen. You will pass Strucht to reach Schin op Geul. Take the first road left (Breestraat), then take another left at the end of the road just before the church. Keep going straight in the dead-end street, you will find us on the left side. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
