All room reservations to be guaranteed by a valid credit card with expiry and three digit security code. Full prepayment is required for all special promotional package bookings. In the event of a cancellation more than three days prior to arrival, the deposit will be held for three calendar months as credit against an alternative visit within that three month period. All reservations will be held until 18:00 hours on the day of arrival then released unless otherwise notified. Holiday Cancellation Plan is recommended. Details are available. The Newington Hotel operates a no smoking policy throughout. A mandatory charge of £50 per contravention will be applied to the account. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 3.50 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
