By Car: - Take the A79 motorway towards Heerlen. - On this motorway, take exit 4 for Nuth / Hulsberg. - At the end of the exit, turn to the right on the roundabout. - Follow this road for 1.5 km. - After you have passed the railway, you will find the hotel on your left-hand side. By Train: The hotel can be reached within one minute by foot from Valkenburg railway station. When you leave the station, go to the left and after 150 metres, you will reach the hotel. Every 15 minutes, a train runs from this station to Maastricht (journey time is approximately 12 minutes). By Plane: Maastricht Aachen Airport is only 15 minutes from the hotel. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
