		Hotel information
		Because you are staying in a 3 star hotel, the comfort will not surprise you. We have 18 bedrooms, of which some have an entresol and is therefore ideal for a family. All the rooms have a mini bar, t.v. and telephone. Some rooms also have a balcony. Our suites are equipped with a seating area. Furthermore the hotel has an elevator, terraces on the front and the backside of the hotel, a royal parking space and its panoramic location near the Geuldal.

		Area information
		Located in the heart of the South-Limburgian countryside, you can enjoy nature, sports activities and the local culture from our hotel. From fascinating hiking routes passing the river Geul to routes passing the meadows with its small fences. The local cycling routes are also amazing passing the natural golf courses. The coal-mine expedition and the Thermae 2000 Spa cannot be forgotten either. The cities Maastricht, Valkenburg or Aachen (DE) are quite near from our hotel and easily reachable.

		Quick description
		The guests are giving us the qualification; a Royal FamilyHotel. Royal because of its atmosphere, comfort and hospitality. Familyhotel, because everybody will feel welcome, from entrepeneurs to entrepeneurial children. And thats a real compliment.

		Important information
		The use of the sauna, wirhlpool, steamcabine and solarium is free of charge until 8 pm. After 8 pm guests can use these facilities (on request) for private use, a fee of EUR 10 per hour will be required.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
