This is a small and charming hotel situated in the heart of the old town of Bellaguarda-Altea, only a few metres from the sea front. The building was originally a bakery and dates from the 18th century. Nowadays, it offers cosy accommodation, with six individually decorated rooms complemented by a breakfast service. There are also communal spaces available for social gatherings, such as the Abaco Art Café (only a few metres from the hotel), a place frequented by artists and where you can see art exhibitions. The stable climate of Altea means you can almost always enjoy outdoor activities such as excursions through the Sierra Bernia or a round of golf in one of the various courses that are located in this area of the Costa Blanca. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
