Restaurant 1563, named after the year the hotel was built, offers elegant and informal dining. Local seafood dishes are a speciality, together with traditional Sunday roast lunches. Vegetarian dishes are available as are special dietary dishes by prior arrangement. It is open to residents and non-residents for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
