Penicuik is situated just 8 miles south of Edinburgh, we are set in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk to the centre of Penicuik. We have 18 bedrooms all individually designed, stylish and comfortable. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 6.50 per night and person when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 30 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
