Head Chef Agnar Sverrisson and Executive sommelier Xavier Rousset both met whilst working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons where they came up with the idea for a restaurant where light, healthy food and exquisite wines were of equal importance. Our informal champagne bar has a very relaxing atmosphere and is ideal for a pre-theatre drink, a relaxed meeting or after-dinner drinks.
