The apartments offices are situated on the corner of Pasaje Escudeller 7 and Josep Pijoan and provide reception services and assistance to the guest. Arrivals and payments must be formalised in this office. Consult opening times in the “Important information” section. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are replaced after five days of stay. |

The apartments are situated only a few metres from one of the most visited spots of the old city, Plaça Real, the Colón monument and the Ramblas. The apartments are very well-served by public transport so you can move around the city. The nearest metro stop is Liceu or Drassanes. |

From the airport you can get to: By bus (Aerobús) from terminal B to Plaça Catalunya. In Plaça Catalunya, take line 3 and get off at Drassanes. Alternatively, you can take a walk down the Ramblas, 15 minutes. You can also take the train from the airport to Sants Estación. In Sants Estación you take metro line 3 in the direction of Canyelles and get off at Drassanes. |

These cosy apartments are situated in a narrow street, typical of the Gothic Quarter and are ideally situated to visit the city on foot or via metro. The apartments are situated on the first floor of a recently renovated building (without lift) and are decorated and furnished in a modern style with warm colours. They are ideal for short stays in the city and can hold up to four adults. In the heart of the city and only a few minutes from the popular Ramblas and Plaça Real, this is a strategic point to explore the city. From here you can walk to the Port area of the city or Plaça Catalunya. |

All guests should note their estimated arrival time when booking (using the Comments box). Once in Barcelona, guests should call the telephone number that appears on the reservation confirmation at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the apartment. This will ensure that all is prepared for check-in. The payment of the entire reservation rate is required at check-in. In order to check-in and pay, all guests must go to the apartment offices located on the corner of Calle Josep Pijoan and 7 Pasaje Escudeller. The office opening hours are as following: From 10:00 to 14:00 hours, and 16:00 to 20:00 hours. Those arriving outside of opening hours you will be required to pay a supplement: Between 21:00 and 24:00: EUR 27 Between 01:01 and 08:00: EUR 37 The payment of EUR 50 security deposit is also required and is returnable upon leaving the apartment and once the condition of the apartment has been checked. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
