At Downs Edge you will find the warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere of a country house. The gourmet breakfast menu has homemade dishes and Downs Edge marmalade and preserves. The house is set in magnificent gardens opening onto the Bristol Downs at the front and the Botanic Gardens at the back. Downs Edge is ideally situated for theatres, cinemas, restaurants and both universities. The city centre is within 2 miles (3.2 km). The house is furnished with fine period furniture and paintings, and a library. The en suite bedrooms have views across the Downs or the gardens. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 6 years are welcome. All children from 6 to 14 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. 0 % service charge per room per night is not included.
