In the España Industrial Park you can go on boat rides on its lake, during certain periods of the year. |

From the airport, the best option is to take the train to Sants Station. From there you can easily get to the residence on foot. From Plaça Catalunya: take line 3 and get off at Plaça del Centre, only a few minutes on foot from the residence. |

This tranquil and homely residence is situated near Sants Station and enjoys excellent communications with the city centre of the Fira de Barcelona. The reduced number of guests, the personalised attention offered, make this a very pleasant place to stay. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
