The keys of the apartment must be collected at the office located at the Folies Vacances avenue Atmella Mar 20, Local 7. If you arrive outside our office hours, the keys will be handed out at the reception of a hotel near Folies Vacances. To collect the keys the full amount of rent and the security deposit have to be paid in advance. |

These apartments are situated in the Rincón de Loix area, only 800 metres from Playa de Levante and near all the major shops and services. The apartments are spacious and homely and have one bedroom, but are designed to sleep up to 4 people. All apartments are exterior facing and have magnificent terraces. Relax in the complexs swimming pool at the end of a long day on the beach or at Terra Mítica theme park. |

When you enter the apartments you must put down a deposit of EUR 100. This deposit acts as cover against any damage. The deposit is returnable on the day of departure, once all has been checked and confirmed as being in order. The keys of the apartment must be collected at the office located at the Folies Vacances avenue Atmella Mar 20, Local 7. If you arrive outside our office hours, the keys will be handed out at the reception of a hotel near Folies Vacances. To collect the keys the full amount of rent and the security deposit have to be paid in advance. The hotel does not accept American Express as a payment method. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available.
