From the train station S. M. Novella: We are at 15 minutes walk. Take the main street in front of the train station called “Via Dei Panzani”, the way to the “Duomo” cathedral of Florence. Once you are in front of it, get on the back from the right hand side. Continue straight by “Via dell’Oriuolo” , take the first street to your left “Via Folco Portinari”. At the end (50 meters) turn left on “Via Bufalini”. We are located at n°1 in front of the pharmacy. Taxi services operate all hours from outside the train station. 3 minutes ride. From Florence Airport: We are at 20 minutes ride. Taxi services from outside the airport operate from early morning until the last flight. The approximate fare may vary. From Pisa Airport: We are at 1 hour and 10 minutes by train approx. Or take the bus TERRAVISION. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
