La Colline Bleue is located only 800 meters from Biarritz beaches in the residential area La Milady. The residence looks like a small village with quiet alleys leading to the pool. The residence offers various types of accommodations from the studio to the 3-room apartment, all located in two floor buildings constructed in accordance with the local architecture. All apartments are prolonged by south facing loggias. These lush surroundings in the south of Biarritz are highly recognized for they benefit from leisure activities as surfing or golfing.La Colline Bleue is obviously an ideal departure point for visiting the coast but also the interior of the Basque Country. |

Deposit: A deposit of EUR 300 per apartment must be paid on arrival. It is refundable upon departure after the inventory. The Reception is open everyday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 18:30. Arrival is not possible out of these hours. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
