Please note that the reception is open from Monday-Friday 08.00-16.30 and during weekends 08.00-12.00. For check in at any other times please call the hotel on the number shown on the booking confirmation. Outside reception hours key pick up is at the Shell petrol station further down the street from the hotel. There will be an envelope with the guests name on it and keys/instructions inside. Guests wanting to make use of the hotel’s wireless network connection should contact the hotel after receiving the confirmation of booking. The staff will set up an account free of charge. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
