The hotel has 82 rooms on 4 floors that have been individually decorated. We have both single and double rooms. Some of the rooms have a bigger bed and are more spacious. We call them superior rooms. The hotel also have some octagonal double rooms! Those rooms we call Superior Special. Our hotel is a non smoking facility. |

From the Central station: You have the central station building on your right side. Drive towards P-Hus Ö.Nordstaden . Make a U-turn at the crossing by the P-Hus Nordstaden. Drive the street down towards P-Hus city. Keep straight! Drive on between old gray building with sign Rederi AB Göta Kanal and the yellow building with the shop Andreassons Päls. Hotel Royal is straight ahead on the corner. From road 40 Borås and Landvetter Aiport: Drive towards E6 Oslo, Centrum. Follow Centrum, Ullevi. Leave the highway at the sign Centrum, Gårda, Ullevi. After crossing over the highway on the bridge, drive straight and pass Ullevi stadium. Keep on driving straight, after Ullevi on your left, a canal is on your right. Follow sign Brunnsparken and drive straight over the little bridge. Follow the small sign P-Hus City and turn left after the bridge. Follow the canal and drive into the street Lilla Drottninggatan sign P-Hus city. If you would like to get to our entrance turn right around the next corner. If you prefer to park first drive into the parking garage. Our entrance is just around the corner. |

Hotel Royal is situated in the heart of Göteborg and shopping, restaurants and entertainment are within just a few steps from our doors. Our hotel is the oldest in town, established in 1852. A family hotel, totally renovated in the style of the old charm of times gone by. We have 80 rooms with shower and wc, wooden floors, TV with satellite channels and all rooms are non smoking. Starting in April Wireless Internet access will be available throughout the hotel . We also have a safe in the reception and a lift. Welcome to a quiet little gem in mid town! |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged SEK 50.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged SEK 350.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
