The Casino, the Sea-life centre, the Sand sculptures and last but not least, the restored Pier with its Train-city are only some of the attractions waiting for you. The railway-station, the tram and the bus-stops are a 5 minutes walk (200m) from the hotel. You can easily explore the coast and the countryside by public transport. Hotel Malecot is also easily accessible by car. The ferry-terminal (from Hull and from Scotland ) in Zeebrugge are only 5 km from the hotel. Hotel Malecot is a 3-star hotel, offering rooms with seaview and is situated in a unique location between the casino, beach and in the city centre. The hotel has 15 luxurious rooms (some with connecting doors) and 15 executive rooms (offering sea views). All rooms have bathroom on suite, television, telephone and safe (free of charge). Built in 1898, the hotel combines tradition with modern comforts and services. Every morning we offer an elaborate breakfast buffet and full English breakfast in our romantic breakfast room. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 2 to 14 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
