All flats have a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing stand and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. They are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hair-dryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dress boy,... feel yourself home away from home. And of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinen, towels and sheets are also available. |

Our complex has no own bar or resto, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself. On walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices. At the reception we sell small snacks and drinks. |

City Flats Antwerpen is situated in a renovated warehouse, near to the city centre that can quickly and easily be reached by public transport. All of these practical apartments each have a full kitchen, bathroom and living room with TV, while most of the apartments also have a separate bedroom. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
