The small village Old-Rekem is located in the fertile Valley of the Meuse close by the centre of Lanaken, in Belgian Limburg. A 17th century legend even considered Rekem as an old Roman city. We can guarantee you an interesting round-trip with an experienced guide. You will visit the domain of the castle, the former church hall Sint-Pieter and museum pharmacy. Old-Rekem is particularly interesting for a short trip. If you enjoy cycling we can provide you numerous signposted tours. Not even 15 minutes away from the always sparkling city Maastricht this small former monastery has been transformed to a small bed and breakfast. All comfort can be found in the rooms, tv, telephone, mini bar and safes.The hotel has 5 standard rooms ( the only difference is the size ) and 2 junior suites. Breakfast is served in a colorful scheme and different types of bread, cold cuts and several juices are available. Upon reservation please inform us about the estimated time of arrival. Auberge Le Bon Vivant offers a (free) parking for hotelguests located in the garden of the monastery. |
