The restaurant offers light and tasty Mediterranean cuisine, in an atmosphere suitable for dining with your family or your friends. Open for buffet and continental breakfast from 08:00 to 11:00 (07:30 to 10:30 during summer). Open for dinner from 19:00 to 21:00 (18:00 to 22:00 during summer). Today the new restaurant serves plates of creative Mediterranean cuisine and traditional meals of the Istrian coast with particular attention given to the genuine ingredients. Fish is the speciality. There is also homemade bread, cake, homemade pasta, olive oil and the Rosetta’s walnut liquor called Nocino. You can also enjoy homemade tagliatelle with Rosetta’s sauce, fresh fish carpaccio, risotto with canestrelli, fish fillet and the cabe lemon millefoglie. The wine list features the best selection of wines from the Istrian territory and some international wines. |

Villa Rosetta is located in Savudrija in a peaceful area away from traffic and stress, between the green of the marine pines and the blue of the Adriatic Sea. You can embrace the tranquility or get involved with the fun. Sport facilities in the surrounding area include beach volleyball (50 metres), tennis courts (500 metres), biking, horse-riding (1 km), surfing, sailing, diving and swimming. The hotel is also an ideal base for visiting the surrounding area with a lot of wineries, olive oil productions, and nice small places to explore. There are also several casinos in the vicinity. |
