Hôtel Château Tilques offers the true charm and romance of rural France. The hotel was built in 1891 on the ruins of a 17th century Manor House and is located only 3 miles from Saint Omer. The Hotel boasts 29 château-style rooms and 24 modern-style rooms, all with balcony or terrace overlooking the lake or gardens, located in the Pavillon du Parc. The Château is set in the heart of the Audomarois region, a protected natural park which surrounds the small village of Tilques. The hotel is just thirty minutes drive from the Channel Tunnel and Ferry Ports and is ideally located for a few days in France. However, Château Tilques is not simply a romantic retreat, the hotel has facilities for all styles of occasions, be it a gastronomic dinner in its elegant restaurant set in the original 17th century coachouse, a banquet for one hundred and fifty, a company conference or a press launch. Elegantly appointed bedrooms, salons and private rooms provide the perfect balance between the new and the old. |
