By public transport: The nearest Underground station is Barbican. Bus lines 4, 55, and 56 pass nearby. Waterloo Station (for Eurostar connections) is 20 minutes away via public transport and Victoria station is 30 minutes. Taxis can be called from our reception. Allow 1 hour by taxi from Heathrow and Gatwick airports. |

A home away from home, Citadines is a modern 129 room, 7-storey building located in the Barbican in the city of London. With fully-equipped self catering apartments, Citadines is surrounded by the arts, fine dining and good transport links. Local services and exciting social events include the Barbican Centre and Theatre, Sadlers Wells Theatre and the London Museum. Citadines is also a 5 minute walk from Londons famous Fabric and Turnmills nightclubs and a short bus ride from Hoxton Square. North of Barbican, no more than a 5 minute bus ride, will take you to the quaint area of Angel which promises fine dining, great nightlife, diverse bars, the Chapel Street market, boutiques and parks. Alternatively, a 10 minute bus ride, or 2 stops on the underground, will take you to Brick Lane, which encompasses markets, an extraordinary selection of Indian cuisine, Spitalfields Market and chill-out bars and restaurants; perfect for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Londons East prides itself on its abundance of markets, arts and non-commercial vibe. Reception is open round-the-clock. Continental breakfast is served in our breakfast room every day, adjacent to the Aparthotel lobby.
