Our hotel is situated 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. We are also only 10 minutes from the pedestrian zone with its typical shops. Reception open between 9am-12pm and 2pm-7pm during the week, weekend and bank holidays. Our hotel has access to several bus lines, and the railroad station is only a 10-minute walk away. We are in a typical Nice style building, with 35 apartments, ranging from a studio to a two-room apartment. You have access to a private beach (April to September), located close to the property. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
