Due to road work being carried out by Edinburgh Council, the hotels front parking bay will be unavailable for 9 weeks from 04 April 2009. During this time, cars will not be able to access the hotel for parking or luggage unloading. If arriving by taxi, get out at Picardy Place. You can then walk 35 metres towards Leith Walk and cross the road by the Playhouse Theatre, which is next door to the hotel. If you are arriving by car, the hotel recommends parking at the Omni Complex (on Greenside Row). You can telephone the hotel if you need help with your luggage. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
