The Sir Thomas Hotel does not accept stag/hen parties or group bookings. The hotel management reserves the right to cancel stag/hen and group bookings without notice up to the time of check-in. Any cancelled rooms will incur cancellation charges totalling the full stay. Please note that a credit card is required for authorisation on arrival at the hotel. If you do not have a credit card full payment is required on arrival aswell as a cash deposit of £50 or a form of ID being left with reception until check out. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
