Check-in: Reception is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00. On Saturday it is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. It is closed on Sundays and on public holidays. In July and August the opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 18:00 Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 Guests planning to arrive outside these hours must contact the residence in advance at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Deposit: Please note that a deposit of EUR 500 per apartment must be paid upon arrival. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
