Kenmare is the ideal base for discovering the southwest of Ireland. Killarney and its lakes, the National Park and Dingle are located just north of Kenmare. To the south lies Bantry Bay, Glengariff and the Italian Gardens. East of Kenmare is the magical Ring of Beara and the famous Ring of Kerry, and to the west is Blarney Castle and Cork City. Kenmare simply cannot be omitted from the golfer’s itinerary. There are 2 superb golf courses on our doorstep. The Kenmare Golf Club is situated just off the main street and the Ring of Kerry Golf and Country Club is only 2 miles along the Sneem Road. Both courses can be enjoyed by the professional and amateur golfer alike. |
