The Pier Hotel in Eastbourne, East Sussex. No car park at the hotel. The Pier has 31 stunning en-suite bedrooms with tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and televisions. We have a sun lounge where you can sit and watch the world go by or a lovely modern bar where you can relax watching tv or just reading the paper. We are in 5 minutes walking distance of Eastbournes shops and with bus stops outside our door, you will not be short of places to go. |

Extra Beds: Camp beds and travel cots (one) are available for rooms at an additional cost. Please see the Children and Extra Beds section for further information and prices. Please telephone the hotel directly to check the availability of rooms that can accommodate camp beds and cots, as some of the rooms are not big enough to accommodate them. You must make a booking for 2 adults and one child. Failure to do this means that the room might not suit your booking. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
