Situated in the Aroonsom International Arcade, bounded by Patong Beach and Rat-U-Thit Road, this low-rise ‘Miami-style’ building is protected from the outside hustle and bustle of the Patong tourist scene. Comprising of 5 floors serviced by a lift, there are 19 spectacular one and two-bedroom apartments, each featuring very spacious living areas, generously oversized terraces and large, open plan, fitted teka kitchens. Each floor has just five 95 to 160 m² lofts, which have been carefully decorated using only the highest quality materials that the 21st Century has to offer. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
