All apartments are furnished to high standards, have a bathroom, separate bedrooms, spacious living room and dining space. Many of the apartments encompass fireplace, terrace and separate bedrooms for pleasant stays for either one person or a whole family. You can also look at many decorative wooden features, such as intricate designs on the terraces, hanging wooden lanterns, and wooden panelled ceilings in some of the top floor apartments. To facilitate your food choice, we have a fully-equipped kitchenette with the sense of a home-like atmosphere. The multichannel TV set is also there for your entertaining. |

The hotel is located only approx. 200 metres away from the gondola station. It is very close to the main Pirin Street, a number of taverns and restaurants. The newly opened skating ring is right opposite the hotel. No construction work in the surrounding area. | |

The distance form Sofia to Bansko is approximately 160 km. Once entering Bansko you have to get on to the main Pirin Street; - drive up to the third traffic light - turn right - take the first right again - it will lead you straight to Mountain Residence 3. |

Mountain Residence 3 is only approximately 200 metres away from the gondola station. It has great indoor facilities like a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, mini cold pool, massage, a lobby bar and many others. The building consists of 42 apartments designed for comfort and convenience not only during peak ski seasons, but also in the quieter summer. The location provides easy access to local taverns, pubs and nightly entertainment. The newly opened skating ring is only metres away. All apartments are furnished with a contemporary designs and high priority in comfort. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
