Across the road from the hotel, the Strathspey Railway operates a steam-hauled service between Aviemore and Broomhill via Boat of Garten. Broomhill is Glenbogle Station in BBCs Monarch of the Glen series. The railway operates from Spring to Autumn and runs special events during the season. In the surrounding area there are walking and cycling routes to suit all abilities. There are several excellent golf courses nearby. |
