All rooms are en suite and are situated on the ground floor. Each room is decorated with warm colours and furnishings, and contains many original features such as ornamental ceilings and cornices. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. |

The full Scottish breakfast features ingredients sourced from surrounding farms where possible. Tea and coffee as well as a selection of juices, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurts and breakfast bars are served. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00. For those departing early, a continental breakfast is offered. Packed lunches can be prepared on request. Grange View is surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars, many of which are only a few minutes’ walk away. Your hosts Joanne and Ross will be only happy to make dinner reservations and give recommendations. |

This stylish Victorian house is 2 minutes’ walk from Ayr town centre and railway station. It has parking, elegant ground-floor en suite rooms and a free airport shuttle (on request). Grange View combines Scottish charm and warm hospitality with character and style to create a comfortable and homely environment. Rooms are modern and have Wi-Fi access, Freeview digital TV, a DVD player and a hospitality tray. Breakfast is sourced from local producers and is included in the rate. Owners Ross and Joanne can help with restaurant reservations, golf bookings, spa treatments travel arrangements or recommend places of interest. Early/late arrivals and early breakfasts can be arranged on request. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
