All bedrooms are en suite and non smoking, with tea and coffee making facilities, colour TVs and hairdryers. Crisp white bed linen and towels are in all rooms, together with good quality duvets and pillows. We have king-size beds, doubles and singles, and upon request, twin beds. Our rooms are spacious with some on the top floor having a marvellous view of the fells. Many rooms have original Victorian features including pitch pine doors and sash windows. Drying and ironing facilities are available. There is free internet access available downstairs. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 5 years are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
