All 8 bedrooms are tastefully decorated to provide clean and comfortable quality accommodation. There are double, twin and family rooms (2 on the ground floor). We can also accommodate twin occupancy in our family rooms if required. Single occupancy is available in standard double rooms or the twin room. For more comfort the rooms are also equipped with ironing facilities on request. |

From Newton Abbot on the A308: - Follow signs for Torquay, then for the sea front and Riviera Conference Centre. - Taking the right fork at Torre station/Halfords sign into Avenue Road. - Follow the road through the set of lights and we are just before the next traffic lights on the left, by the red post box, opposite the park. Avenue Park is within 5 minute level walk from the train station with regular trains direct to Torquay station. Coach travel is also an option with the coach and bus station in central Torquay. |

Avenue Park offers quality bed and breakfast accommodation with clean, comfortable, stylish en suite facilities, a warm welcome and friendly service. The guest house with a garden and sunny dining room is ideally located overlooking parkland. It is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and train station, and a 10-minute walk from the Princess Theatre, the harbour and town centre. There is free road parking and a small car park. The guest house offers excellent breakfasts to suit all tastes. Special diets can be catered for with prior notice. Choose from a buffet or opt for a full English breakfast. Special occasions can be catered for with prior notice; request flowers, chocolates and theatre tickets (at an additional cost). |

The guest house requires your estimated time of arrival to ensure they can meet and greet you. Please advise them of this information at the time of booking, in the special requirements section. No reduction whatsoever is made for temporary absence, meals not taken or for departure earlier than booked. Prices quoted are per room per night and based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room. Family room bookings are based on triple occupancy with adjustment for extra people. The guest house may take group bookings at their discretion, with detailed prior arrangement. Any bookings made online that are found to be stag or hen parties will not be accepted unless full prior agreement and accurate information has been shared with the guest house beforehand. We do not accept pets and smoking is strictly not allowed in the building. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 0.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
