- When you reach Duke Street you will see 2 restaurants named Sapporo, Savina, look out for a street named Cornwallis Street situated just after the restaurants. (If you are coming from the China Town entrance of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your left. If you are coming from the Dock Road/Police Headquarters entrance of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your right). - Turn down Cornwallis Street, this is where the office is situated. - The office is the first block on the right, signposted BASE. If you have any problems, please call the office and they will direct you the best they can. |

Please give Base Apartments your estimated check-in time. If you cannot check in between 13:00 and 17:00, you must contact Base Apartments to make key-collection arrangements (additional costs may apply). For security, you will need either a valid bank card or photo ID. Noise: Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Stag/hen groups will not be accepted. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 20.00 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 20.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
