Fines Bayliwick House is one of the oldest country homes in Binfield. The name Bayliwick is an old term which refers to the district within a bailiffs jurisdiction. The grounds in which the house now stands were part of a walk and hunting area used extensively by James I in the early 17th century when this land was part of Windsor Forest. There are twenty richly appointed individually designed en-suite bedrooms and much of the original character, like the lovely old fireplaces have been retained. All are equipped with private telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer and satellite televisions, which provides twenty-four hours viewing. All rooms have complementary wireless internet access. At Fines Bayliwick every attention is given to detail providing an excellent private venue for business luncheons as well as conference facilities where full catering and professional requirements can be met. Ascot Racecourse (6.4 miles / 10.2 km): Easily reachable by public transport, this historic racecourse is home to the annual Royal Ascot event. This famous week of horse racing is held at the racecourse in the 3rd week of June, each year. Windsor Castle (18.4 miles / 30 km): The largest inhabited castle in the world, it has been the home of British kings and queens for around 1000 years. It is one of the homes of the current Queen Elizabeth II. Henley Royal Regatta (11.5 miles / 18.5 km): Dating back to 1839, this event combines a rowing competition with social gatherings for the rich and famous. It takes place every year in early July. Henley itself is an historic medieval town with many 13th and 14th-century buildings. Reading Festival (10 miles / 16 km): A famous music festival. Bands like The Pixies, Prodigy, The Beastie Boys and Public Enemy have all played at Reading. Its held every year in Reading, during the August Bank Holiday weekend. |

Bookings can be made by persons aged 18 years or older. All bookings must be guaranteed or paid for by a credit or debit card. In the event of a late check-in being required (after 23:00), you must notify the hotel when making the reservation. Fines Bayliwick Hotel has a separate late check-in process. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before 12:00 on the first day of the stay. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a full charge for the entire booking. For early departures from a multi-night stay, please notify reception or a duty manager before 24-hours on the day of departure. Full payment will be made at check-in, so refunds will not be given for the remaining nights of the reservation. If the first night of a multi-night stay on any rate is missed, that night will be charged for, and the rest of the reservation may be cancelled. The room will be re-sold and the whole booking forfeited. No refund will be provided. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
