Arrival Instructions: Please call the Apartment Manager, Suzanne, at least 24 hours before your arrival (this number will be provided in your booking confirmation). You will need to do this in order to organise a suitable time when she can meet you at the apartment, handover keys and a parking permit. Please note that if you fail to call Suzanne 24 hours before your arrival, you may not be able to gain access to the apartment. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per stay for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
