- When you reach Duke Street you will see 2 restaurants named Sapporo, Savina, look out for a street named Cornwallis Street situated just after the restaurants. (If you are coming from the China Town entrance of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your left. If you are coming from the Dock Road/Police Headquarters entrance of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your right). - Turn down Cornwallis Street, this is where the office is situated. - The office is the first block on the right, signposted BASE. If you have any problems, please call the office and they will direct you the best they can. |

For security reasons you will need a valid bank card and photo ID at check-in. Please let the apartments know your arrival time. The office is only open between 13:00 and 17:00 - if you cannot check in during this time you must contact the apartments in advance. Base Apartments do not accept stag or hen parties. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 20.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
