Originally built in 1860, this Victorian property is ideally located just a short walk from Torquay’s beach and harbour, and still retains many of its original features. Howden Court Hotel features large south facing patio and gardens with access to Croft Meadow Walk, a private pathway leading to within 100 metres of the seafront and beach. All of the rooms at the hotel are en suite, while several superior rooms are also available. Some of these rooms feature sea views, while others have patio doors giving direct access to the large garden. The hotel’s convenient location means that it is within easy walking distance of the town centre and all the main attractions. Nearby you will find tennis courts, putting greens, bowls, theatre and Fleet Walk – Torquay’s premier shopping centre. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 11 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
