Food is cooked fresh to order on the premises, which you can enjoy in our traditional bar or restaurant area. In addition we offer a selection of local real ales, a wide range of soft drinks, spirits and bottled beers. |

This family-run public house was built over 150 years ago as a coaching inn, and is situated in the picturesque Wylye Valley, just 10 minutes’ drive from Salisbury. Since it was built it has been a watering and feeding stop for people traveling between Bath and Salisbury. Our rooms offer en suite facilities and we have a traditional beamed bar, separate restaurant, skittle alley and riverside garden where it is free for residents to fish. Stonehenge is nearby. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
