Please contact London Apartment’s local office at least 60 minutes before your arrival to arrange check-in. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Late check-in is possible for an additional cost: between 21:00 and 24:00; and then from 24:00 onwards. Later check-out can be arranged with prior request, and at an additional cost. Check-in will take place in our office. Address of our office is: Suite 9, Warren Court, Euston Road, London, NW1 3AA. The bell is labelled N.9, where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance. Please notice that apartment is at different address then the office is. Please see detailed information for each room type. Payment Information: Please note the hotel does not accept Switch cards. Payment must be in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. Please contact the apartments directly before your arrival. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.
