An on-site reception is open till 20:00 each weekday evening; 19:00 on Saturdays; and 16:00 on Sundays. There is a 24-hour on-call manager. An out-of-hours check-in facility is available on request. The security deposit is per apartment and will be pre-authorised against a credit card for the duration of the stay. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 250 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
