Alfagar is located in a privileged spot 6km from the centre of Albufeira, just a 5 minutes drive from the lively shopping streets of São João with its countless bars and restaurants. Alfagar is also close to several golf courses, a riding centre, the casino and the marina at Vilamoura. These comfortably furnished apartments are ideal for people seeking a quality holiday in a quiet setting, while remaining within easy reach of shops and lively night entertainment. Note: The hotel will charge the amount of 50% of the total costs of your reservation on your credit card. This is a downpayment of your reservation. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel. |

New Years Eve: - No New Year Parties are allowed in the Apartments or any area of the complex; - Upon arrival, a refundable deposit will be charged: EUR 200 for T1 and EUR 300 for T2 to avoid damages in the apartments; - This deposit will be refunded after the Apartment has been checked at check-out. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 19 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled up to 23:00 on the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 9.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.
