The Vip Executive Arts is a 4-star hotel, just recently opened. It is situated in a modern and stylish new building with 14 floors. It offers 300 rooms including 10 suites and one presidential suite. The hotel has 8 meeting/ conference rooms holding between 30 and 300 people, as well as a 173-seat auditorium with video conference facilities. The first floor of the hotel houses an elegant but relaxed restaurant, with a menu boasting a wide range of local and international cuisine. The hotel has 2 bars: one in the lobby and one on the first floor. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
