Each one is decorated in its own style. Some double rooms have double beds and others have separate beds. Please state the kind of room you would prefer. Almost all the rooms have a balcony. |

We are in a quiet residential quarter, about 2,5 Km from downtown and the sea. There is one restaurant about 200 meters from one of the houses and another about the same distance of the other house. Both houses have bus stops very near. |

If you are coming from Cascais downtown ask for the shopping Cascais Villa. Then, with Cascais Villa at your left, take the right roadway and after an abrupt left turn you turn right on the traffic lights and right again, direction Parque Av. 25 de Abril, before the second traffic lights. You are now on the street named Rua José Florindo. You go straight, all the way, till the fork in the road. Now you take the right street (named Rua de SantAna). Our street is the 3rd on your left on that street | |

Ana´s Cottage is a cosy and affordable bed & breakfast guest house in Cascais, a wonderful beach town near Lisbon. It is set in a quiet, residential quarter, a few kilometres from the city centre and the sea. With two houses and high quality service, we offer a very familiar environment where our small groups of guests can gather around the table for breakfast. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Public parking is possible at a location nearby. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
