To reach our hotel you should take the high-way in direction to Funchal until you find a sign indicating “Caniço de Baixo”, which is your way out, then turn to the left hand-side. Once you are in Caniço de Baixo you will see a sign indicating “Galo Resort Ondamar”. After following this indication you will find another sign indicating “hoteis”.At the end of the road you have to turn right and on the right hand side is our Hotel. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
