Sport fans will have the opportunity to choose among several sport and recreational possibilities: sand tennis courts, mini golf, beach volley grounds, all located directly on or near the beach. Borrowing smaller vessels is also possible. With a bicycle, the Marina of Izola is only a few minutes away. The elder will enjoy taking long walks in the nicely arranged park or strolling along the seaside all the way to the port. The rewarding sea micro climate, along with sea swimming in the summer and swimming in the indoor swimming pool with heated sea water during the winter period, will provide for the overall well-being. For the recreational purposes, each morning, a gymnastic workout is being organized in the indoor swimming pool. Round trips with boat or bus to the nearby places are also interesting. Young people will most probably visit concerts which we organize during the summer period at the hotel beach or amuse themselves in the nearby night club late into the night. During the summer holidays, they will be able to participate to some interesting summer events in Izola. In the hotel Haliaetum there is a beauty parlor, where you will be able to enjoy the beneficent massage. At the hairdresser you will be given a chance to have your hair done professionally. |

The pension food is organized in the main restaurant in form of a self-service breakfast, and for lunch a choice from daily menus, and dinner buffet, offering a variety of foods like meat, fish and vegetarian specialties. The restaurant enjoys a beautiful view upon the Isola and bay of Trieste.The restaurant is able to receive about 500 guests. In the restaurant we regularly organize dance evenings with live music, traditional national evenings as well as animations with entertaining plays for younger guests. |

A close bond with sea can also be seen and felt at each corner. No wonder, because Izola, today a well-known resort, was once a genuine island, which is stated in its name forever. In the Simonov zaliv we prepared a rich offer of round trips with boat. On the trip into the hinterland of Istra you will have the chance to experience the typical dinner with smoked ham, Mediterranean sepia and wine or a glass of domestic brandy. We also organize trips to Lipica, where you can admire the Lipica stud farm and its horses - the natural inheritance of Slovenia. In addition, you can select the trip to Postojna cave. |
